Main responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible person to support the administrative and operational management of the association, contributing to the smooth delivery of projects, the institutional development of the organisation, and the pursuit of new projects and funding sources.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support (document management, institutional contacts, event organisation and logistics);
  • Support for the coordination and monitoring of environmental projects;
  • Participation in preparing and submitting applications for national and international funding;
  • Drafting technical and administrative reports;
  • Recruiting new members, both individual and corporate, and supporting the management of the membership network;
  • Representing the NGO at meetings, events and partner networks;
  • Supporting institutional communication and the preparation of outreach materials (in collaboration with the technical team).

Profile sought

  • Higher education in fields such as Administration, Environment, Biology or similar;
  • A love of nature and a passion for conservation;
  • Experience (preferred) in project management and/or work at an environmental NGO;
  • Ability to plan, organise and carry out tasks autonomously and efficiently;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proactive spirit and the ability to engage people and partners in the organisation's mission;
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
  • Availability for occasional travel and representing the organisation at events (occasionally at weekends).
