To promote and value the natural heritage of the central region, Milvoz joined the 'Villages of Portugal' project and will be carrying out activities in this context over the coming years.
The first activity took place on the afternoon of 17 February at the Senhora da Alegria Bio-Reserve, with public participation in the construction of an insect shelter structure.
This activity aimed to promote awareness of the saproxylic organisms found in our native forests.
We also welcomed a visit from a French journalism group who came to discover the natural values of the Coimbra region.
The visit aimed to introduce the group to Milvoz's work and origins, as well as to the biodiversity oasis that is the Senhora da Alegria Bio-Reserve — spreading the word beyond our borders!
