Internationally important bird refuge gutted by boardwalk construction
The construction of a boardwalk underway in the very heart of Paúl do Taipal, a Wetland of International Importance, is blatantly incompatible with the conservation of the natural values that give it Ramsar Site and Special Protection Area status for birdlife.
